Alright artsy friends. I need suggestions with this rough comp. Yes it's rather rough. Does her left hand look as though it might be resting naturally on the seashell behind her? I hope it's still large enough so you can tell what's going on. I would love suggestions. I'm going to be moving further with this on Wednesday night. Hi Amber! Pretty mermaid and fun idea. I think the whole thing is too centered- think about the composition. Also, I am wanting to see more of a story going on. Right now the mermaid looks like she is posing for a camera. It would also be fun if you could push her hair even more with the under the water waves. Get some scrap of hair under the water, and see if you can push it. Fun- keep up the good work!
